Job summary

A leading automotive firm in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented professional to handle car registrations, process customer invoices, and prepare inventory reports. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in the automotive industry and an NITEC qualification in Accounting or Business Administration. Job description

Remuneration: Basic up to $3,100 + VB

Work Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-6/6:15pm

Location: Tai Seng

Key Responsibilities

• Handle new car registrations, arrange for number plates and IU commissioning.
• Process and issue customer invoices, payments and refunds promptly.
• Prepare accurate monthly reports on showroom inventory, loans and sales.
• Assist in accounting tasks and other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Min. 1 year of relevant experience in automotive industry
• Min. NITEC in Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent
• Good understanding of Singapore Accounting Standards is highly advantageous
