JOB SUMMARY

The primary role of a Retail Sales Executive will be committed to serve and attend to the customer’s needs and enquires, and ensure retail visualize standards are always adhered to and replenishment of stocks and ensure all available items are properly displayed.We believe in immersing fun and teamwork into the culture of customer service and grooming them towards career advancement in our Retail role would be provided.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Attend to customers\' needs and enquiries on car accessories products
• Strive to achieve and exceed personal and store sales target
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) efficiently and accurately
• Liaise with Logistics Department to fulfill walk in and online customers orders
• Attend phone queries, online platform enquiries and email
• Provide guidance and assist customers after car accessories installed
• Arrange installation appointment with customers installation requirements.

REQUIREMENT

• Rostering: Rest day is scheduled during the weekdays.
