Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing/engineering work.
• Experience in cGMP manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible shifts from 7.00 am to 7.00 am the following day.

• Provide technical support to production.
• Ensure maintenance and troubleshooting on the production floor.
• Assist in machine improvements and upgrading programs.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement projects.
• Participate in Lean initiatives.

Techician / Senior Technician (Equipment/ Automation/ Maintenance/ Process/ Manufacturing/Associate Engineer/ Assistance Engineer)

• US MNC / Permanent position
• Shift work (Mon-Fri only / 5 days work week)

Our client is a global US manufacturer of medical devices.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical support to production in carrying out manufacturing plan to meet objectives
• Supports in all engineering issues related to respective processes. Is responsible for all maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations on the production floor.
• Assists in machine and equipment improvements and upgrading programs.
• Support production team in identifying and carrying out continuous improvement to assembly processes, equipment/machines efficiencies, production capacity and utilization, production yield, process quality control, workplace safety and health,5S and other production related activities.
• Participate in the Lean initiatives and attend relevant meetings as part of continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

• NTC / ITC / Diploma in Engineering / Manufacturing.
• 2-5 years similar manufacturing / engineering work experiences. Experience in cGMP manufacturing environment is a plus
• Knowledge in manufacturing assembly and equipment maintenance
• Good team player and strong skill in trouble shooting equipment failure and technical issues.
• Experience in Automation background with programing knowledge will be advantage.
• Must be able to work Flexible Shift; 7.00am-3.00pm, 7.30am-5.00pm, 3.00pm-11.00pm and 11.00pm-7.00am (Mon-Fri only / 5 days work week)
