Job summary
RiDiK (a Subsidiary of CLPS. Nasdaq: CLPS) is seeking an Automation & Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to design, develop, and support automation solutions that improve operational efficiency, system reliability, and service performance.
The ideal candidate should possess strong software development skills in Unix/Linux and Python, experience with object-based automation (RPA), dashboarding and monitoring tools such as ELK and OAPM, and a passion for continuous improvement and automation.
Qualifications
- Strong Python and Unix/Linux development experience required.
- Experience in object-based automation (RPA) and dashboarding.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and SRE practices.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using Python and Unix/Linux.
- Build and enhance object-based automation workflows leveraging RPA platforms.
- Develop reusable automation components to streamline processes.
- Design application monitoring and infrastructure performance dashboards.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports using ELK and OAPM.
- Implement SRE practices to improve availability, scalability, and resilience.
- Collaborate with infra, app, and operations teams to automate tasks.
