Job summary

Tyson Jay Management Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced automation solutions architect to lead design and implementation of intralogistics automation. You will work with customers to define requirements and develop end-to-end architectures that integrate mobile robots with racking, conveyors and warehouse software.

Qualifications

• At least five years in automation solution design, systems integration or automation consulting.
• Strong knowledge of intralogistics systems including mobile robotics, racking, conveyors, and warehouse software.
• Experience with layout planning, material-flow design, system architecture, APIs or industrial integration.

• Lead technical discovery sessions and solution workshops with customers.
• Analyse facility layouts, workflows, material movement and operational constraints.
• Design end-to-end automation solutions suited to each operating environment.
• Develop system architectures, layout concepts, data flows and integration frameworks.
• Integrate mobile robots with racking, conveyors, warehouse systems and third-party equipment.
• Evaluate technology partners and coordinate the technical contribution of external vendors.
• Support technical proposals, solution costing and customer presentations.
• Work with delivery and project teams through implementation, including regional assignments when required.

Requirements

• Required: At least five years of experience in automation solution design, systems integration or automation consulting.
• Required: Strong knowledge of intralogistics systems, including mobile robotics, racking, conveyors and warehouse software.
• Required: Experience in layout planning, material-flow design, system architecture, APIs or industrial integration.
• Required: Strong stakeholder communication and willingness to travel regionally; exposure to PLC, SCADA, ROS, cloud or emerging automation technologies is advantageous.
