Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a maintenance technician to service and troubleshoot automation equipment including AMR, AGV, ACR, Shuttle, and ASRS systems. The role involves inspections, preventive maintenance, and ensuring smooth operations across facilities.

The ideal candidate will have an engineering background and may have experience with automation systems. Training will be provided to support skill development and long-term career growth.

Qualifications

• Engineering background (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related).
• Experience in equipment servicing or automation systems preferred.
• Candidates with no prior experience are welcome; training will be provided.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot AMR, AGV, ACR, Shuttle, and ASRS systems.
• Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs.
• Monitor system performance and minimize downtime.
• Manage spare parts and maintenance records.
• Troubleshoot PLCs, sensors, conveyors, and related equipment.
• Support system improvements and smooth operations.
• Assist with layouts, documentation, schedules, and costs.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
