Job summary

Shopee in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Senior Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of logistics automation rollouts across Brazil and Southeast Asia, coordinating planning, installs and ramp-ups.

You will drive cross-functional discussions, manage design reviews and vendor selection, monitor timelines and quality, mitigate risks with root-cause analysis, and report status to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery for logistics automation rollouts: planning, stakeholder coordination, installation, ramp-up in Brazil and Southeast Asia.
• Drive discussions with cross-functional teams to align on and push forward decisions on automation plans and roadmaps
• Coordinate the design review and vendor selection process to ensure all stakeholder requirements are met
• Manage timeline, quality, and vendor performance throughout the project
• Identify and escape project risks, and lead issue investigation with structured root cause analysis approach for timely resolution.
• Build clear reporting on project status and risk to keep stakeholders informed
• Coordinate with operations teams to enable a successful ramp-up post go-live
