Job description

Responsibilities

• Ensure all machines are in working condition for smooth production; no defects are induced.
• Immediate on‐site troubleshooting on machines if any issues arise.
• Escalate issues and work with suppliers when problems persist; enable remote support following provided guidelines.
• Set up and ensure that process flow runs smoothly.
• Ensure that machines meet targeted UPH (units per hour) and cycle time.
• Provide NPI support on automation to ensure smooth implementation and an issue‑free environment.

Requirements

• Experienced from a contract manufacturing company or from a server/rack manufacturing environment.
• At least 2–3 years of similar experience.
• Experience with troubleshooting.
• Must have experience in continuous improvement processes.
• Experience in equipment assembly of hard disk.
• Ability to work with the customer, HQ/factory, peers/subordinate, and superiors.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
