The role supports balloon catheter lines and extrusion processes in Singapore, focusing on efficiency, quality, and regulatory adherence.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor in Engineering with 5–8 years in high-volume production, plus CAD proficiency, DOE and statistical skills to drive process improvements and documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor in Engineering with 5–8 years in a high-volume production environment.
Medical Device Manufacturing experience preferred, catheter production techniques a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels.

Responsibilities

Set up automation of manufacturing processes and govern production.
Streamline processes to maximize productivity while maintaining quality and regulatory compliance.
Design tools, jigs and fixtures for new lines or products.
Identify opportunities for automation and document processes clearly.
Write reports on new concepts, testing outcomes and efficiency gains.
Troubleshoot automated processes or equipment when issues arise.
Oversee validation activities and ensure ISO13485, GMP and FDA compliance.
