Overview

We are seeking an AUTOMATION ENGINEER to join our team in Singapore. The role involves providing technical support and maintenance for marine equipment and systems.

Employment Details
  • Employment Type: Permanent
  • Position: AUTOMATION ENGINEER
  • Location: West (Nearest MRT: Clementi / Bukit Batok)
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm (Flexible to work on short notice, including night time, weekends and public holidays)
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Program, configure, and test automation systems, including PLC and HMI systems.
  • Execute commissioning activities for the Integrated Control and Safety System (ICSS), including Process Control, Safety Shutdown, and Fire and Gas systems.
  • Integrate automation systems with various equipment and skids across the FPSO.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues with automation hardware and software.
  • Create and update technical documentation for all automation systems.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer, or Automation Engineering. Relevant experience (5+ years) in control systems, especially on oil and gas projects.
  • Expertise with major PLC and DCS platforms. Strong programming and system integration skills.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting skills for resolving complex issues in a live operational environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
