Key Responsibilities:
  • System Design & Implementation: Design, configure, and implement automation and control systems for various industrial processes, ensuring they meet client requirements and standards.
  • Programming & Integration: Develop control system software and programs using PLC, SCADA, DCS, and other control systems. Integrate process control and instrumentation systems to optimize operational performance.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support for system troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades to ensure optimal operation of automated systems.
  • Project Management: Participate in project planning, execution, and testing. Ensure timely delivery of automation projects, while meeting budget, quality, and safety standards.
  • Commissioning & Testing: Perform on-site commissioning and testing of automation systems, ensuring proper integration with plant operations.
  • Customer Interaction: Work closely with customers to understand their requirements, provide solutions, and support ongoing projects from design to implementation and beyond.
  • Collaboration: Work with other engineers and departments to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions within existing systems and processes.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
  • Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in industrial automation, process control, or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, etc.) and SCADA systems.
  • Familiarity with process instrumentation (flow, pressure, temperature, level, etc.). Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Fieldbus, Profibus, etc.). Experience in troubleshooting, system diagnostics, and optimization. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. Experience with process control systems in industries such as oil & gas, chemical, water treatment, or power generation is a plus.
  • Technical Tools: Familiarity with engineering software such as AutoCAD, EPLAN, or similar tools for system design and documentation.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication skills for customer-facing and team collaboration. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
