Make an Impact by:

• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Good knowledge on Power Automate Desktop (PAD), UiPath or other RPA platforms.
• Analyze existing business processes, workflows, and systems to identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct feasibility assessments for proposed automation solutions.
• Create process flow diagrams, data models, and other visual aids to support understanding.
• Develop test cases and scenarios based on business requirements
• Perform testing, debugging, and documentation of automation workflows.
• Monitor and maintain deployed automation solutions to ensure performance and reliability
• Provide technical support and training to end-users and internal teams.
• Create dashboards and reports to track automation performance and impact.
• Involved in process improvement.

Skills for Success:

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-2 years’ relevant experience as Automation Technical Analyst.
• Experience in Power Automate Desktop, UiPath, Confluence and Microsoft Office.
