Job summary

A leading drafting company in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Drafter to prepare and maintain technical drawings for various projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in drafting, a Diploma or Degree in a relevant field, and proficiency in AutoCAD. This role offers a salary range of $2,500 – $3,000 and entails working hours from 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.

• Prior experience in the commercial kitchen equipment industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and technical plans according to project requirements.
• Update and revise drawings based on design changes and feedback.
• Coordinate closely with engineers, designers, and project teams to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain proper documentation and drawing records.
• Prepare site plans, CAD layouts, elevations, and detailed drawings as required.
• Ensure all drawings comply with company standards and project specifications.

Requirements

• 2 years of relevant experience in drafting or technical drawing.
• Diploma or Degree in Drafting, Engineering, Mechanical, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in the commercial kitchen equipment industry is an advantage.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and mechanical drawings.
• Excellent understanding of construction drawings and detailing.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work independently to meet deadlines.
