A leading engineering firm in Singapore seeks a detail-oriented drafting professional who can create and verify drawings based on client specifications. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of relevant experience in the construction industry and proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, and 3D Max. You will collaborate closely with project managers and designers to ensure high-quality designs. This position requires a strong sense of organization and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Minimium 1 year of relevant experience in construction industry.

Job description

RESPONSIBILITY

• Utilises knowledge of various machines, engineering practices, mathematics, building materials and other physical sciences to complete drawings;
• Verify that drawings are accurate, legible, and follow applicable industry codes;
• Create detailed drawings as per clients’ specifications;
• Work directly with project manager and 3D designer to develop drawings, schematics, and diagrams for projects;
• Uses computer assisted design/drafting equipment and software to develop designs;
• Creates and revises fabrication drawings;
• Drafts detailed multi-view drawings of products;
• Modify existing drawings to reflect necessary changes;
