Job summary

A leading hospitality investment firm in Singapore is seeking a Technical Services Officer responsible for standardizing and implementing property designs. The role includes preparing technical drawings, conducting space evaluations, and ensuring design compliance across projects. Ideal candidates will have AutoCAD proficiency, a relevant diploma or degree, and at least 2 years of experience in design coordination or property development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in design coordination, building services, or property development.
• Experience in hospitality or mixed-use projects is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, update, and refine detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings and specifications using AutoCAD.
• Conduct space planning and test fit analyses to evaluate layout efficiency.
• Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and contractors to ensure design standards.
• Support the sourcing and coordination of approved materials and finishes.
• Maintain and update design documentation and project progress reports.
• Assist in the review of fit-out works and project handovers.
