Job summary

ST ANDREW'S MISSION HOSPITAL is looking for individuals to support teachers through lesson preparation and co-teaching. You will assist students with self-care tasks and help manage classroom behavior, ensuring a positive learning environment.

The ideal candidate has at least GCE “O” levels or equivalent qualifications and experience with children and youths with autism. This position is full-time, Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm.

Qualifications

• Assist teachers in co-teaching and preparing lesson materials for effective learning.
• Collect and record behavioral data to aid assessments for autism students.

Responsibilities

• Prepare lesson materials to support teachers in delivering effective sessions.
• Assist autism students with self-care tasks to promote independence.
• Record students' behavioral and progress data.
• Collaborate on student behavior plans and monitor lesson progress.
• Support classroom management with teachers.
