About the role

We are looking for an exceptional Audit Senior or Audit Associate to join our dynamic team at Joe Tan & Associates PAC Chartered Accountants the Singapore River Central Region. As a full-time Audit Senior / Audit Associate, you will play a vital role in conducting comprehensive audits and providing high‑quality assurance services to our diverse client base.

What you’ll be doing

• Perform statutory audit accordingly to the Singapore auditing standards and the Financial Reporting Standards
• Draft the financial report
• Able to work independently and remotely
• Plan, coordinate and execute audit engagements to the highest professional standards
• Perform detailed analytical procedures, substantive testing, and risk assessments to identify and address potential issues
• Effectively communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients, ensuring clear understanding and actionable insights
• Contribute to the development and implementation of improved audit methodologies and best practices
• Mentor and train junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment
• Liaise with clients, external stakeholders, and regulatory bodies as needed
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest accounting standards, regulations, and industry trends

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in external audit, preferably reputable audit firm
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CA, CPA, ACCA) or equivalent
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to think critically and identify key issues
