Job Title: Audit Partner

Working details: Monday - Friday, Saturday (half day during peak period), 8:30am - 5:30pm, $9000 - $13000, Golden Mille Tower

The Role

As Audit Partner, you will lead statutory audits and special assurance engagements, steward audit quality, and manage risk.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, develop, and retain a team of audit professionals and manage a portfolio of audit clients across industries.
  • Oversee execution of external audit engagement, including planning, risk assessment, fieldwork, and review.
  • Serve as Engagement Partner to review and approve audit documentation and final reports for compliance.
  • Direct and oversee audit engagements to ensure excellence and precision, managing high-quality audit assurance and adhering to ACRA regulations.
  • Uphold the System of Quality Management (ISQM 1 & 2) and participate in EQCR/consultation processes as needed.
  • Liaise with stakeholders and regulators and build strong client relationships, offering professional advice.
  • Participate in business development through proposals, networking, and referrals to identify new opportunities.
  • Coach, develop, and retain high-performing teams, upholding regulatory and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with partners for firm growth, innovation, and professional representation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or equivalent, with professional accounting qualifications (ACCA, CPA Australia, ACA).
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (Singapore) and ISCA Member, with a current Practising Certificate.
  • At least 12 years of relevant experience with large or medium-sized public accounting firms, including recent experience in an audit director/partner-level role.
  • Proven track record in client management, team leadership, and practice development.
  • Strong technical knowledge of SFRS, auditing standards, and regulatory requirements.
