In this role, you will take overall responsibility for audit and assurance engagements, uphold technical excellence and regulatory compliance, and play a key role in shaping the firm’s future. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee statutory audits and assurance projects across various industries.

• Ensure compliance with professional standards, financial reporting requirements, and ACRA regulations.

• Perform engagement planning, risk assessment, execution, and review of audit work and reports.

• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, providing advisory support and maintaining service excellence.

• Manage and coach the audit team to maintain high performance, technical competence, and client responsiveness.

• Play a key role in business development and client acquisition initiatives.

• Contribute to strategic decision‑making and innovation within the firm.

What We Look For

• A Chartered Accountant (Singapore) registered as a Public Accountant with ACRA, holding a valid Practising Certificate, or else fulfilling the eligibility criteria to qualify for a Practising Certificate.

• At least 8 - 10 years of experience in a public accounting firm, including at least 4 years in a leadership role in Singapore.

• Strong technical knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, auditing standards, and regulatory frameworks.

• Proven leadership, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.

• A strong commercial mindset, with the ability to contribute to the firm’s growth and long‑term sustainability.
