Job summary

RMR INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a meticulous Company Accountant to manage financial operations, records, and compliance in Singapore. The role emphasizes accurate reporting, GST handling, payroll, and collaboration with management on budgeting and analysis.

You will prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, maintain general ledgers, and ensure regulatory compliance with strong software proficiency and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in accounting or similar role.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, MYOB).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger accounts.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Manage bank reconciliations and cash flow statements.
• Prepare and process payroll, employee claims, and statutory contributions.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and relevant regulations.
• Generate financial reports to support management decisions.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Manage tax filing, GST reporting, and audit requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, vendors, and financial institutions.
• Update and maintain accounting software and financial systems.
• Monitor financial transactions to prevent fraud and errors.
