📢 Hiring: Audiologist (Permanent)
Location: Queenstown
Department: ENT Clinic
Salary: up to $6,000+
Vacancies: 1

Clinical Duties

• Conduct basic audiological assessments
• Obtain case histories and use 2 patient identifiers
• Perform otoscopy, Pure Tone Audiometry, Immittance tests, ET function test, speech test & OAE
• Record and upload audiometric results accurately in EMR
• Interpret results for patients, caregivers and healthcare professionals
• Provide counselling related to hearing and hearing devices

Hearing Aid Services

• Conduct hearing aid evaluations and trials
• Fit and fine‑tune hearing aids (including REM, functional gain testing)
• Provide user education, warranty info, device care & maintenance
• Monitor patient progress with regular follow‑ups
• Troubleshoot devices, replace parts and manage repairs
• Perform impression taking for earmoulds and swim plugs

Sub‑specialties (if trained)

• Middle Ear Implant Management – fitting, tuning & rehab
• Cochlear Implant Management – mapping, tuning & rehab
