Job summary

IDEALS RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. in Bras Basah, Singapore, is hiring an on-site AV support technician to install, operate and troubleshoot AV equipment for offices, meetings, and events.

You will assist users with presentations and video conferencing, and perform routine maintenance. A 3-year contract is offered with training and exposure to advanced technologies. The role features a fixed Noon Shift (1.30AM – 10.30PM) and a basic salary of SGD 2,500–3,000 with overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• ITE or Diploma in Electronic Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering or Equivalent.
• 1 – 3 years of relevant working experience in AV industry.
• Knowledge of setting up, installing & troubleshooting AV equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site AV support for office, meeting rooms, and events.
• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot AV equipment.
• Assist users with presentations and video conferencing systems.
• Perform routine inspections and basic preventive maintenance.
• Respond to AV support requests and escalate when required.
• Maintain AV equipment and ensure work areas are organised and safe.
• Support ad-hoc events as assigned.
