Job summary

A leading audio-visual solutions company in Singapore is seeking an individual to work on video conferencing solutions. The role involves close collaboration with manufacturers and engineers, conducting user training, performing system checks, and system configuration. Candidates must communicate in Mandarin. This is a full-time renewable contract position.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in MS Teams and audio-visual systems is preferred.
• Must be able to communicate in Mandarin with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with manufacturers and engineers to implement video conferencing solutions.
• Conduct end-user training on the implemented solutions.
• Perform system checks and after-sales services.
• Configure systems and carry out testing and commissioning.

Skills

Knowledge in MTR (Microsoft Teams Room) system

Able to speak Mandarin

Job description

• Working Hour: Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5.30pm
• 1 Year Renewable Contract Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with manufacturers and Engineers to implement and service video conferencing/ MS team solutions
• Conduct end user trainings to end users on how to use the Solution(s) implemented.
• Perform system checking
• Assist in after sales services
• System configuration, Testing & Commissioning of Integrated Audio Visual and Videoconferencing solution

Requirements:

• Knowledge in MTR (Microsoft Teams Room) system will be added advantage
• Able to speak Mandarin to communicate with Chinese stakeholder
