Job summary

A leading audio visual solutions provider in Singapore is seeking a dedicated professional to implement and service video conferencing solutions. The role involves working closely with manufacturers, conducting trainings for end users, and ensuring system configuration and testing. Candidates should have a Diploma in Audio Visual and be able to communicate in Mandarin. This is a 1-year renewable contract position offering Monday to Friday working hours.

Qualifications

• Possess at least a Diploma in Audio Visual.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking stakeholders.
• Relevant experience in the field.

• Work closely with manufacturers and Engineers to implement and service video conferencing solutions.
• Conduct end user trainings for the implemented solutions.

Working Hour and Contract

• Working Hour: Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5.30pm
• 1 Year Renewable Contract Role

Responsibilities

• Work closely with manufacturers and Engineers to implement and service video conferencing/ MS team solutions
• Conduct end user trainings to end users on how to use the Solution(s) implemented.
• Perform system checking
• Assist in after sales services
• System configuration, Testing & Commissioning of Integrated Audio Visual and Videoconferencing solution

• Able to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking stakeholder
