📅 Contract Duration
  • Base Period: 1 January 2026 – 31 December 2026
  • Option Period: 1 January 2027 – 31 December 2027
🕓 Working Hours:
  • Monday – Thursday: 7:00am to 4:30pm (inclusive of 1-hour lunch)
  • Friday: 7:00am to 4:00pm (inclusive of 1-hour lunch)

📆 No service required on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

💼 Scope of Work
🎧 1. Managing AV/ICT Systems and Providing Technical Support
  • Maintain and conduct regular servicing of all AV systems and equipment (e.g., projectors, sound systems, PA & broadcast systems).
  • Set up, operate, and maintain AV systems during school assemblies, events, rehearsals, and functions.
  • Provide technical support to staff during lessons, CCAs, examinations, and meetings.
  • Train students on proper use of PA and Broadcast Systems.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and loan records of AV equipment.
  • Manage scheduling and programming of the PA system, including daily chimes and venue isolation.
  • Escalate unresolved AV/ICT issues to relevant vendors.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by HOD (ICT).
🏗️ 2. Providing General Operations Support
  • Assist Operations Manager (OM) in building maintenance and sustainability initiatives.
  • Monitor and program air-conditioning systems for classrooms and lecture theatres.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for operations.
  • Submit regular status reports and assist in project monitoring.
  • Support other operational functions as directed by OM.

  • GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level

  • Proficiency in AV setup, deployment, and broadcast system operations.
  • Strong IT troubleshooting and system management knowledge.
  • Experience in a school environment preferred.
  • Familiarity with system programming and monitoring.

  • Able to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision.
