Scope of Services
The Audio-Visual (AV)/ Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Executive scope of work comprises two main areas: AV/ICT support and general operations support.
Managing AV/ICT Systems, Resources and providing AV/ICT Support
Assist in School-Wide Operation of AV/ ICT Facilities.
- Manage and conduct regular maintenance of all AV Systems and AV equipment, including Public Address System, Broadcast Systems, Projectors and Sound Systems. Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and elevate unresolved problems to relevant vendors as required.
- Take charge of setting up, operating, and maintaining AV systems and equipment during school assemblies and events.
- Provide comprehensive AV/ICT technical support to Staff to facilitate delivery of lessons, CCAs, examinations, meetings and at school events, rehearsals and functions.
- Conduct training sessions for students on the proper use of PA and Broadcast System during assemblies and events.
- Maintain accurate AV inventory records of usage and service rendered, and manage loan documentation of AV equipment.
- Manage the scheduling and programming of the Public Address (PA) system, including daily chime operations, and handle venue-specific isolation of the PA system during assemblies.
- Provide additional support as assigned by HOD (ICT).
Providing General Operations Support
- Assist Operations Manager (OM) in building maintenance and environmental sustainability projects such as monitoring the programming and scheduling of air-conditioning system for classrooms and lecture theaters on a regular basis and providing regular status updates and reports.
- Provide additional admin support as required by OM.
