Job summary

Pasiflora AI LLC is seeking detail-oriented reviewers to quality-check pre-recorded customer service conversations for an AI data project. You will correct transcripts, validate accuracy against audio, and ensure policy rules were followed during each interaction.

This is a part-time, fully remote contractor role open worldwide (except applicants in Africa or sanctioned countries). You will mark items as ready for delivery or flag them for review, and write clear notes for any questionable

Qualifications

• Fluent English (C1–C2) and the ability to follow a normal conversation in audio and write accurate corrections.
• Experience in AI data training or AI data preparation workflows.
• Hands-on experience with audio transcription, annotation, or transcript correction.
• Able to apply policy rules consistently and document or flag issues clearly.
• Quality assurance or quality control experience preferred.
• Able to commit to and reliably meet an agreed part-time schedule.
