Job summary

A leading restaurant management firm in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager/Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage and train staff, and ensure compliance with service standards. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in F&B operations and is committed to working weekends or public holidays. This permanent position offers a salary package of up to $3,500 plus bonuses.

  • Working Location: Islandwide (Central & Changi)
  • Working Hours: 6 days (Mon-Sun: 10am-10pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic up to $3,500 + Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Supervise the daily operations of dining rooms, banquet spaces, or F&B outlets to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Staff Supervision & Training: Manage, train, and guide F&B staff, ensuring they adhere to service standards, hygiene rules, and operational procedures.
  • Financial Oversight: Assist with managing budgets, tracking income and expenses, and preparing financial reports to ensure the F&B operations are profitable.
  • Inventory & Purchasing: Oversee stock requisition, collection, and replenishment, and assist with ordering and purchasing F&B products.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Ensure a high standard of service, address customer complaints promptly, and implement promotions to enhance guest experience.
  • Quality Control: Maintain high standards of appearance, cleanliness, and service quality in dining areas.
  • Compliance: Ensure operations comply with established policies, quality standards, and legal/regulatory requirements.
