We are a leading Specialist Coating Contractor seeking an experienced and dynamic candidate to join our project management team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of managing multiple project sites including:

• Leading the team, coordinating submissions, mobilization, and execution.
• Attending site meetings, coordinating submission of progress claims, and ensuring the timely and efficient completion of projects with both our in-house teams and/or subcontractors to the satisfaction of our clients and consultants.
• Maintaining high standards of quality and productivity throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate is expected to be independent with strong leadership, a meticulous planner, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with computer applications and project management software is preferred.

Job Requirements:

• Preferably a Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building or a related field recognized by BCA.
• Minimum 5-8 years of proven experience in a managerial or responsible supervisory role within the local construction/building industry.
• Strong organisational leadership with interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with local regulations, codes, and statutory requirements.
