LEADERSHIP

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Plan & Implement overall site organization & resources
  • Overall Planning the Construction Works as well as overseeing the project along the way
  • To set project's target & in alignment to company's objective & goals
  • To oversees the project team and sub-contractors in delivery of project in accordance to approved contract completion date/stipulated phases
  • Ensuring schedule and Quality of Works is meet and produced
  • Able to establish excellent rapport with client, Consultants and Sub-contractor.
  • To ensure quality delivery of the project by meeting of Client's expectation and satisfying relevant Authority and regulatory compliances.
  • To liaise with Architects/Consultants in all aspects of construction matters during the site progression phase
  • To resolve all site issues
  • Plan and monitor preliminary cost budget to ensure project cost within approved budget
  • To implement control measures on material/plant & equipment/utilities usage
  • Control of direct labour usage in labour allocation and working of overtime
QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • Degree in Architectual, Civil/Structural Engineering
  • Self-Motivation
  • Computer Skill - using microsoft project & microsft office
  • Class 3 driving license
  • Min 5 years working experience
