Basic | Up to $5,500, depends on experience.

Reporting to Supply Chain and Procurement Manager.

Procurement Management

Identify and engage with new suppliers to ensure the company has access to competitive pricing, high-quality products, and reliable delivery schedules.

Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers and vendors to ensure favorable deals and long‑term relationships.

Oversee the purchasing process, ensuring that orders are placed timely and goods are delivered as per contractual agreements.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure supply continuity and resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or pricing.

Monitor and control procurement expenses to meet the company’s budget and savings targets.

Ensure all procurement processes comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.

Supply Chain Management

Oversee the transportation and logistics functions, ensuring timely and cost‑effective movement of goods.

Manage and optimize inventory levels to ensure adequate stock while minimizing storage and holding costs. Work closely with the procurement team to balance supply and demand.

Supervise warehouse operations, including storage, handling, and dispatch of goods, ensuring that inventory is managed efficiently.

Ensure timely processing and delivery of customer orders, and work with internal teams to address any challenges in order fulfillment.

Continuously analyze and optimize supply chain processes to reduce costs, improve lead times, and increase overall efficiency.

Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain and procurement performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Work closely with sales, production, and finance departments to ensure alignment between procurement, inventory levels, and customer demand.

Collaborate with the forecasting and demand planning teams to anticipate demand and adjust procurement and supply chain activities accordingly.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field.

Prior experience with CIPS, CSCP is a plus.

Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or related roles, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial position.

Proficient in using ERP systems, procurement, and supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
