About the job
  • Lead Strategic Sourcing and Procurement Execution: Manage the entire purchase-to-pay cycle for a broad portfolio of technical equipment, facility services, and critical utilities, ensuring alignment with rigorous operational demands, safety compliance, and business timelines.
  • Drive Cost Efficiency and Governance: Conduct detailed spend analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and utilise ERP systems for accurate record-keeping, performance monitoring, and compliance with all internal procurement policies and controls.
  • Manage the Contract Life-cycle: Support the formal tendering process, including RFP development, supplier evaluation, and contract administration. Participate in vendor negotiations to secure optimal terms and pricing.
  • Partner with Internal Stakeholders: Collaborate closely with engineering and operations teams to translate complex technical requirements into precise procurement specifications, ensuring materials and services meet high-quality functional standards.
  • Promote Supply Chain Resilience and Sustainability: Cultivate strong relationships with strategic suppliers to ensure continuity of supply, while actively integrating sustainable and ethical sourcing criteria into purchasing decisions.
