What the role is

Strategise and implement audience development and engagement plans for the NAC, with a focus on expanding and deepening NAC's connection with diverse audience segments, ultimately driving arts advocacy.

What you will be working on
  • Strategy Development & Implementation
  • Support in the implementation of comprehensive audience development and arts advocacy strategies
  • Monitor and analyse audience trends and behaviour change as a result of NAC’s efforts and audience’s deepening engagement with the arts
  • Data & Analytics
  • Conduct trend analysis across different artforms and audience segments to identify patterns in audience behaviour and engagement levels
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and across the arts ecosystem.
  • Coordinate with marketing and programming teams at AHL for NAC-Commissioned projects such as SIFA and SWF.
  • Engage with community partners such as PA to grow arts advocacy via Arts Everywhere @CDC initiatives
