What the role is
Strategise and implement audience development and engagement plans for the NAC, with a focus on expanding and deepening NAC's connection with diverse audience segments, ultimately driving arts advocacy.
What you will be working on
- Strategy Development & Implementation
- Support in the implementation of comprehensive audience development and arts advocacy strategies
- Monitor and analyse audience trends and behaviour change as a result of NAC’s efforts and audience’s deepening engagement with the arts
- Data & Analytics
- Conduct trend analysis across different artforms and audience segments to identify patterns in audience behaviour and engagement levels
- Stakeholder Management
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and across the arts ecosystem.
- Coordinate with marketing and programming teams at AHL for NAC-Commissioned projects such as SIFA and SWF.
- Engage with community partners such as PA to grow arts advocacy via Arts Everywhere @CDC initiatives
- Programme Implementation

What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital media or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in marketing or digital marketing
- Functional knowledge and passion for the arts
- Innovation in approach to audience development
- Understanding of arts ecosystem dynamics
- Proficiency in data analysis tools
- Digital platform knowledge
- Self-starter
