Roles & Responsibilities

Beta Pet Mart Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic and driven Asst Manager, Sales and Marketing to join our growing team. You will play a crucial role in the expansion and success of our business by nurturing relationships with existing retail customers, acquiring new accounts, and ensuring seamless order delivery and fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Account Management & Growth: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts to drive growth and meet sales targets. Identify and acquire new accounts to expand our customer base. Provide personalized support to retail and/or own customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  2. Order Fulfillment: Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders to retail customers and/or own customers.
  3. E-commerce Platform Management: Manage and oversee the company’s presence on e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and Lazada. Plan and execute promotional campaigns, ensuring proper fulfillment of orders. Optimize product listings, content, and promotions to increase sales and visibility.
  4. Event Participation & Roadshows: Plan and execute roadshows, product launches, and promotional events. Represent Beta Pet Mart Pte Ltd at Pet Expos and other relevant industry events as required. Promote brand awareness and product offerings to new and existing customers at these events.
  5. Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with co-founders to ensure smooth execution of initiatives. Provide regular updates and reports on key accounts, sales performance, and market trends.
  6. Manage, guide and lead team of sales staff
Requirements
  • Ideally 2-3 years of experience in account management, sales, or e-commerce management, preferably in the pet industry or related fields.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, especially Shopee and Lazada, is a plus.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and customers.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to work a 5‑day work week, INCLUDING SATURDAY OR SUNDAY (weekend work days will be replaced with weekday off in lieu).

Do note that this is predominantly a sales role. Package will include a basic and commission component to it.
