Responsibilities

• Manage and grow assigned retail channels to achieve sales and brand objectives.
• Develop short- and mid-term strategies to strengthen partnerships and drive brand performance.
• Plan and execute channel initiatives, trade promotions, and listings to support sales targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing regular performance and promotion reports.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key retail partners.
• Negotiate with retailers to align business needs with company goals.
• Oversee A&P budgets, ensuring effective use of funds and measurable returns.
• Work closely with merchandisers to ensure strong in-store visibility and execution.
• Support store-level negotiations to secure prime display placements.
• Handle account receivables, billing matters, and ad-hoc tasks such as exchanges and returns.

Requirements
