Job description

We are seeking an experienced and certified Multi-Rotor & Helicopter Trainer to conduct training and assessment for drone operators. The ideal candidate will be well‑versed in UAV operation & technology, regulations, and operations and capable of training both beginners and advanced users for various applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train individuals and teams on regulatory compliance, including airspace laws and licensing requirements.
  • Provide hands‑on training sessions on UAV operation, navigation, data capture, and payload handling.
  • Evaluate trainees' skills and provide feedback to ensure proficiency.
  • Maintain and update training materials to align with the latest UAV technologies and regulations.
  • Conduct risk assessments for UAV operations during practical sessions.
  • Collaborate with the curriculum development team to enhance training content.
Qualifications
  • Certification in UAPL Multi‑rotor and Helicopter (Class A UAPL without limitation) is mandatory.
  • Certification in ACTA / ACLP is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of drone technologies, systems, and industry applications.
  • Experience in delivering technical training programs, preferably related to UAVs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and airspace laws.
  • Proficiency in UAV‑related software and tools (e.g., mapping, imaging software).
