Job description

We are seeking Singaporean to join as Associate System Engineer (SCCM) in our defense project on a contract basis. Based in our Depot Road office in the Central Region, this is a 1 Year contract position, renewable.

We are open to Graduates in Network & System Administration or other related experience like CompTIA Network+, Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administrator, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals or Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity.

Work Location: Depot Road

Work Hours: Mon to Fri Office hours only

Cat 1 Security Clearance needed in this role

1 Year Project Renewable

You will get: Basic salary + up to 1 month performance bonus + Transport & HP Claim S$300

Job Scope

• Deploy patches and application via Microsoft SCCM
• Generate reports and analysis report to determine patch status
• Resolve daily incidents and service requests
• Troubleshot Lvl 1 and Lvl 2 IT issue
• Patch Server
• Testing of patch and application before deployment

What we're looking for

• Ideally with Minimum 1 years of experience as a IT Support Engineer, with a focus on SCCM
• Familiar on patch deployment and basic endpoint management
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve technical issues
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with the IT team and support end-users
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to wait for Cat 1 clearance to onboard project
