Job summary

RSM Singapore seeks a tax advisory professional to contribute to client deliverables and support business development through research, analysis, and presentation preparation.

The role involves advising on the tax implications of cross-border transactions, restructurings, and investments, and supporting M&A transactions via tax due diligence and pre-/post-deal structuring.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Tax, or Business as a baseline requirement.
• Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.
• Experience in project management and coordinating client deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to client deliverables and support business development through research, analysis, and presentation preparation.
• Advise businesses on domestic and international tax implications of cross-border transactions, restructurings, and investments.
• Support M&A transactions through tax due diligence, and pre-/post-deal structuring.
• Advise clients on market entry strategies including shareholding/financing structures, transaction models, and incentives.
• Collaborate across service lines and global member firms to deliver integrated solutions.
• Engage in client servicing and contribute to business development efforts.
• Perform any other duties as assigned to support departmental and organization objectives

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy, Tax, or Business; SCTP accreditation is a plus
• Knowledge of Singapore corporate tax; International tax experience is a bonus
