Job Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with existing clients and grow a new client base to contribute to the team’s revenue target.
- Onboarding of new clients and understanding of MAS AML/KYC policy.
- Provide suitable investment solutions to clients using various financial products, including equities, fixed income instruments, and leveraged products.
- Attend to client enquiries and manage trade executions and settlements.
- Monitor and manage clients’ credit risk.
- Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned by management.
Job Requirement
- At least 1 year in capital market.
- Degree in Business, Finance or related qualifications, Masters or Higher qualification preferred
- Integrity, Resilience, Discipline, Adaptability, Confidence, Curiosity, Team Player, Time Management, Persuasiveness, and Focus.
- Market Knowledge: Understanding financial markets, economic indicators, and investment strategies is crucial.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse private and public markets, stock performance, financial statements, and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Attention to Detail: Precision in executing trades and managing portfolios is critical to avoid costly mistakes.
- Communication Skills: Clear communication with clients and colleagues about market conditions, strategies, and risks.
- Decision-Making Ability: Quick and confident decision-making under pressure, often in fast-paced environments.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with trading platforms, financial software, and tools for market analysis.
- Risk Management: Understanding and managing risk to protect client investments and firm capital.
- Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate terms and prices effectively, whether with clients or other market participants.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Awareness of MAS and other relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards governing trading practices.
- Others plus points: CFA, ACCA or CPA; Good knowledge of offshore vehicles, or overseas fund structure; Ability to communicate in Chinese, Bahasa or Korean;
- Required to travel to conduct investment due diligence and commercial development
- Required to start by November 2025
Remuneration and Welfare
- One (1) work from home day per week
- Eighteen (18) days leave
- Medical and Dental claim up to S$600 per annual
- Monthly remuneration S$8,000 ~ $10,000
