The Opportunity

We are looking for a Business Analyst, with strong background in CRM platforms, with a focus on analyzing business processes and translating them into system requirements. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to optimize and enhance our use of CRM systems to enhance customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define business requirements
• Analyze and optimize CRM systems to enhance customer experience
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve customer engagement
• Provide actionable insights through detailed reports and dashboards
• Document business processes, system configurations, and user guides.
• Conduct business process reviews to identify areas for improvement

To qualify for the role, you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as Business Analyst roles
• Strong understanding of CRM processes and platforms
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and technical environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
