Gain opportunities to work in a challenging and dynamic environment and get exposure to corporate transactions of listed companies in Singapore as well as various corporate finance deals, e.g. IPO, RTO, independent financial advisory, secondary equity and debt fundraising, M&A. His / her responsibilities would include:
- Pro-actively managing day-to-day execution of corporate finance deals
- Performing financial analysis of companies and other valuation-related work
- Reviewing, developing and preparing various transactional materials and reports
- Conducting industry and company research and carry out due diligence on advisory transactions
- Reviewing announcements, circulars on corporate actions and annual reports to be released by listed companies
- Advising directors and senior management of SGX-listed companies on their obligations under the listing rules, corporate governance and other disclosure requirements
- Interacting and interfacing with clients, regulators and other professionals, e.g. auditors, lawyers, corporate secretarial, professional experts
Job Qualification
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Economics / Law or any other equivalent qualifications with business and finance knowledge
- At least 2 years (Senior Associate level) and 3 years (Assistant Manager / Manager level) of relevant experience
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for entry-level position

Special Skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with LSEG Workspace (formerly known as Refinitiv Eikon / Thomson Reuters) and the SGX listing rules will be beneficial and advantageous
