**Position Description**This position will be responsible for helping develop CITICS Asset Management’s sales and distribution strategy for institutional, corporate and distribution clients in Singapore and ASEAN. Building new client relationships and distribution capability in ASEAN is one of CITICS Asset Management’s top business priorities for 2026. For the right candidate this position will offer significant career development opportunities, and the potential for growth into broader leadership positions and responsibilities within Asset Management.Candidates for this position will need to demonstrate a clear understanding of (i) the product and service strengths of CITICS Asset Management, (ii) the challenges of marketing asset management products and services from a predominantly China-focused asset manager to regional clients, and (iii) where the opportunities are for CITICS Asset Management in ASEAN, how to prioritise them and how to execute on them.
