Associate/SA, Account Documentation Specialist, WMO, CGBO, Group COO - ( WD79335 )

Business Function

Group Operations enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities
  • Documentation review for client onboarding and static data maintenance and transactions documents.
  • Liaise with different stakeholders e.g. COO, KYC, L&C, FCSS etc particularly for complex account document review cases.
  • Track, monitor and escape all accounts/transactions with documentation deficiencies and exception approved for management attention and appropriate action.
  • Monitor and ensure all business requests pertaining to documentation are attended to promptly and processed as per agreed SLA.
  • Generate and follow through with various reports (eg: daily & exception reporting, aging etc.).
  • Accurate and timely execution of service requests / clients’ instructions on static maintenance updates and account opening in ICOS, Avaloq and CICSH systems.
  • Liaise directly with Front Office for any re-work(s) and monitor to ensure no long outstanding unprocessed service request / clients instructions.
  • Escalate long outstanding unprocessed requests/instructions to Team Manager/ Team Lead.
Requirements
  • Familiar with Client Onboarding & Data Maintenance.
  • Knowledge of CDD Guidelines & Documentation requirement guidelines on documentations to be procured as part of Due Diligence checks (for Individual & Corporate).
  • Well versed in different corporate entity structures & corresponding documentation requirements and account structuring knowledge.
  • Able to work in fast paced environment.
  • Knowledge of banking operations, account opening, client's data processing and updating.
  • Experience in Wealth Private Banking with relevant Avaloq knowledge is preferred.
  • Work location is Jurong East.
