Job summary

GIC Private Limited in Singapore is seeking an Associate, Business Management (Programme & UI/UX Design) to join the Risk & Performance Management Department. You will design risk awareness training and develop engaging materials, applying strong UI/UX skills to enhance usability.

The role involves supporting strategic initiatives, coordinating meetings, and collaborating with multiple teams to ensure content accuracy and alignment with governance frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional qualification, with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Relevant experience in business management and training development. Prior experience in risk management will be viewed favorably.
• Strong UI/UX design skills with a portfolio demonstrating previous work.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar tools) and presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Keen to learn and pick up new challenges in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
• Organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. Independent and resourceful.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop a comprehensive risk awareness training programme and training materials.
• Utilise strong UI/UX design to enhance usability and accessibility of training resources.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Support strategic department work initiatives and board/management presentations.
• Coordinate organisational initiatives across teams including governance and policies.
• Assist in documenting internal policies and procedures and managing department events.
