Job description
What the role is:

As an Associate Psychologist in the Special Educational Needs Division, you will support schools with psychological services, as well as work with Educational Psychologists to develop and review policies, programmes, research and develop resources.

What you will be working on:
  • Develop, monitor and evaluate support structures and processes, programmes, and develop resources to support students with special educational needs in mainstream schools
  • Assist in research on issues related to special educational needs
  • Provide consultation to schools and parents to support students with special educational needs
  • Design and conduct training programmes on special educational needs for schools
What we are looking for:
  • Individual with good knowledge of developmental psychology, cognitive psychology, and theories of assessment
  • Effective team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • One who embraces the value of professionalism with a strong passion and drive to work with students with special educational needs and external stakeholders
  • Individual with prior experience working/interacting with students with special educational needs would be preferred
