About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Associate Project Manager to join our dynamic team at SwiftX Solutions. As an Associate Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our technology projects, contributing to the overall success of our organization. This is a full-time position based in the East Region.

What you'll be doing

1. Assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of technology projects to ensure timely, high-quality, and within-budget delivery.
2. Working closely with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, manage scope, and address risks or issues that arise during both project and service operations.
3. Monitoring progress, tracking key metrics, and providing regular updates to stakeholders, including recommending corrective actions when needed.
4. Acting as a point of contact for clients throughout project implementation and ongoing service delivery, ensuring clear communication, timely follow‑ups, and strong relationship management.
5. Overseeing day‑to‑day coordination activities, including task prioritisation, resource alignment, and ensuring adherence to SLAs and internal standards.
6. Supporting client onboarding and ensuring smooth transition from project implementation to steady‑state service delivery.
7. Assisting with the creation and maintenance of documentation such as project plans, status reports, service logs, and process guides.
8. Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement across both project delivery and service operations, contributing to best practices and operational excellence.

What we're looking for

1. 1-3 years of experience in project management or a related field, with a demonstrated track record of successfully delivering technology projects
2. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels
4. Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, with the ability to think critically and find creative solutions
5. Proficient in using project management software, such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project
6. Ability to work well in a team, while also demonstrating the initiative to work independently when required
7. Degree in Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
