Critical Responsibilities including but not limited to: support across Electrical/Instrument/Mechanical/Utilities engineering and troubleshooting to increase operational efficiencies and minimize maintenance expenses.
Supervise maintenance technicians to support unit operations and/or run the utilities plant.
Standby for any emergency repair after office hours, weekends and public holidays.
Assist during calibration of instruments and installation of utilities automation systems.
Work on the improvement of PM/PdM procedures and studies.
Track and complete all compliance-related requirements.
Assist in installation, modification, fabrication, testing, servicing and repairs of equipment adhering to site change control procedures.
Assist in overseeing testing, commissioning, qualification (IQ/OQ) activities executed accordingly and in compliance.
Manage maintenance-related project schedule, costs and quality using proper controls.
Ensure that maintenance project deliverables are met and all associated documentation is established.
Identify, execute and improve routine work activities.
Support improvement studies to enhance equipment or system efficiency, reduce energy cost/usage and other cost-saving/avoidance projects.
Perform assignments by Supervisor pertaining to equipment, system, documentation or housekeeping.
Establish SHE objectives for projects and lead the implementation of systems.
Support in utilities automation systems evaluations and implementation.
Participate in SHE, Business Compliance, cGMP and other compliance-related matters, where applicable.
Any other tasks as assigned by Supervisors.
Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Experience: Preferably 2-3 years relevant technical experience in manufacturing industry, including process/facilities equipment operation, reliability and maintenance planning.
Project management skills, including problem-solving, developing and implementing technical solutions, planning and scheduling implementations, working with multi-functional teams.
Continuous improvement, Lean Six Sigma methodology and application of Lean tools preferred.

This is a career conversion programme under Workforce Singapore (WSG) and candidates must meet the following criteria: Singaporeans/Singapore PRs only; PMETs or Mid-Careerists with no prior work experience in biopharma industry are welcomed to apply.
Open to two-year contract.
