Job summary

SingHealth Group is seeking an Associate Principal/Senior/Analyst, Data Science, Group Finance Analytics on a contract basis in Singapore. You will champion advanced analytics techniques and oversee analytics projects end-to-end, delivering business insights across clinical, operational and financial domains.

You will mentor junior staff, influence stakeholders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive a data-driven research agenda.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science/Engineering, Business Analytics or other quantitative disciplines.
• Advanced theoretical understanding of statistical modelling and machine learning.
• Experience with algorithms and coding proficiency with R, Python and SQL.
• Good understanding of MATLAB, SPSS and STATA.
• Meticulous with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; capable of working independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply data science techniques and analytics projects from planning through prototyping and deployment.
• Construct dedicated databases and computing environments to support research and business insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, operations and clinical quality to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to research initiatives and publications.
