Roles And Responsibilities

Programme Management

• Manage and oversee programme tasks to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion.
• Develop and implement process and workflows based on business objectives.
• Coordinate with various departments to align programme objectives and deliverables.
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Software Development

• Conduct user requirement analysis for the development and implementation of new automated solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to design, test, and implement software solutions.

Networking

• Assist in networking tasks and support SD-WAN project.

Requirements/ Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant hands‑on experience software development (Python) or implementing infrastructure as a code.
• Proficient in coding and software development concepts, experience with Ansible or ServiceNow would be an advantage.
• Possesses network certificates such as “CCNA” or equivalent network operations or implementation experience, experience with SD‑WAN will be an advantage.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem‑solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence.
• Demonstrates effective communication skills to facilitate teamwork between cross‑functional teams and the company’s partners.
• Possesses strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve issues and problems impacting project timeline.
