Job summary

Logicalis Asia Pacific is hiring a network engineer to design, implement, and support complex network and security solutions for diverse clients in APAC.

You will engage with project managers and operations teams, produce design documents, and hand over projects to clients, while maintaining strong client relationships across timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Bachelor’s in Computer Science or Information Technology
• 1–5 years in network design and deployment
• Strong knowledge of routing and switching (BGP, OSPF, multicast, VSS, spanning tree, MPLS L3VPN)
• Experience with wireless technologies (Cisco WLC, Aruba, Prime, MSE/CMX, DNAC, Ekahau Site Survey)
• Data‑centre technologies (Cisco Nexus VDC, VPC, FEX, VXLAN, ACI)
• Firewall technologies (IPSEC/SSL VPN, IPS/IDS, Cisco ASA, Firepower, FortiGate)
• Network access control (Aruba ClearPass, Cisco ISE)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• CCNA/CCNP; CCIE is an advantage

• Build and maintain client relationships, manage expectations, and ensure client needs are met
• Collaborate with project managers and operations teams to deliver projects on time
• Create technical documentation such as low‑level design, TDS, as‑built, UAT, and SAT documents; obtain client sign‑off for project closure
• Provide knowledge transfer and hand‑over the project to the client and internal operations team

Job Description

• Troubleshoot network and security issues, diagnosing and resolving connectivity, configuration, and traffic‑analysis problems.

• Collaborate with project managers and operations teams to deliver projects on time.

Requirements
